Agreement
By using our site and services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. We may update this Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We offer a variety of lawn care and landscaping services including:
- Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, Weed-Eating, Edging, Blowing
- Mulch/Pine-Needles Installation
- Leaf Clean-Ups & Removals
- Stick Clean-Ups & Removals
- Hedge Trimming
- Small Tree Removal

- Weeding & Spraying
- Planting
- Junk Removal
 

Payment Terms
Maintenance Services are billed on the first of each month on a subscription basis to avoid late payment fees. If a payment is 1 week late, a late payment fee of $30 will incur. To new clients, payment is due prior to service or half-before and half-after, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, CashApp, Debit card, Credit card, and ACH. 
 

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for service cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee of $30.
 

Client Responsibilities
Ensure the service area is accessible. Ensure the service area is free of obstacles to avoid them being overlooked and possibly shredded. Secure pets and ensure children are kept away from the work area for safety purposes.
 

Property Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Any damage caused by our team will be assessed and addressed promptly.
 

Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us as soon as possible, and we will address the issue promptly.
 

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform services and postponement due to causes beyond our control, including weather or natural disasters. In terms of lawn mowing, if it’s too wet, we will push your scheduled day a day back to prevent any damage to your lawn.
 

Promotional Use of Client Information
We may use photos of your lawn/landscape with your sensitive information blurred for promotional purposes unless directed not to.
